About Me
I’m a product-focused designer with 8+ years of experience as a frontend engineer at Microsoft.
While building user interfaces, I became increasingly interested in the design decisions that shape how people interact with products. Over time, I found myself drawn to the creative and problem-solving aspects of product design—thinking deeply about user needs, simplifying complex workflows, and crafting experiences that feel intuitive and meaningful.
My background in engineering allows me to approach design with a strong understanding of technical feasibility, system thinking, and collaboration with development teams. I enjoy designing solutions that are not only thoughtful for users, but also practical to build and scale.
I graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s in Science in Computer Science, and a minor in Industrial Design. In 2025, I also completed a Certificate in UX & Visual Interface Design at the University of Washington. My education and background have helped me foster a passion for creativity, problem solving, and helping others!
Outside of work, I love to travel, play with my two cats, go to fitness classes, and try new restaurants. As a local content creator, I also share my food and travel adventures with over 120K followers across Instagram and TikTok, where I enjoy building community and storytelling through visual content.
